Our Services
We design and build individual homes, group housing projects and larger scale community sized projects. (This photo is from Hotel Lighthouse Kaş)

If you have some land or wish to buy land and develop a project of one or more houses, or a hotel for instance then we can help you with everything from connecting you with the right land, advising you during the acquisition, and permit stages. We offer full design and implementation services so that your dream of the perfect place becomes a reality.
We can offer short in person or online consultancy sessions: whether you need help deciding if a property is right for you (to buy), or assistance with planning more storage into your home, whether you need help choosing a new colour scheme or furnishings, or even if you simply want to rearrange existing furniture to create better flow and functionality.

restoration & re-build
Sometimes it is an existing building that must be repaired or restored. We take great care in checking the bones of the structure with the help of engineers and experts in the field. We can oversee structural work and all the stages of partial demolition, removal, preservation and regeneration. We can do full renovations or partial as every project requires individual attention and approach.
